Two essential points:
– Jewelry is the most transformative thing one can wear and when it comes to me, it is just about junk. At a flea market, I always head for junk jewelry first. My love for it is to the extent that if I won’t stop myself sometimes, I’d go out looking like a christmas tree.
– Black continues to be the anchor of style and a wardrobe staple. It’s been rightly said: “Black is not sad. Black is poetic. How do you imagine a poet? In a bright yellow jacket? Probably not.”
Here I have styled my mirror embroidered black choli and cotton lowers with as much junk I possibly could carry on a regular day. Let’s see 🙂
Choli: Flea market
Lowers: The shop
Jewelry: Neckpiece and arm band from a flea market (cost – 300). Ring from ‘Tribe’ collection by Amrapali
